Corrections

Show what changed and why.

PerBiscuit corrects factual, source, classification and calculation errors without quietly rewriting the record.

What to report

A useful correction identifies the page, product, market, disputed statement or value, and a supporting source. Package images should show the product variant and relevant label panel.

Submission channel

A dedicated public corrections address or form is pending publication. Until it is available, this page documents the information a correction request must contain but cannot promise receipt through an unverified contact route.

How requests are assessed

  1. Preserve the original claim and record the request date.
  2. Check the relevant primary or product-specific source.
  3. Classify the issue as factual, calculation, source, context, style or disagreement.
  4. Correct material errors and update metadata or structured data where affected.
  5. Add a dated note describing the change, its significance and the evidence used.

Correction levels

Minor: spelling, grammar or presentation that does not change meaning. Material: a product, quantity, source, method or conclusion changes. Withdrawal: the evidence cannot support continued publication.

Current correction log

No individual correction entries were present when this page was created on July 14, 2026. This statement records the state of the public log, not a claim that every earlier page was error-free.

Editorial disagreements

A supported alternative interpretation may be added as context even when the original statement is not factually wrong. PerBiscuit distinguishes that discussion from a correction.
