Our interests span food science, consumer behaviour, technology, sustainability, manufacturing, regulation and the commercial questions that shape how ideas move from research into practice.
We begin with the research question rather than a fixed category. That allows us to follow promising papers, compare methods and bring together perspectives that are often discussed separately.
How we work
Understand the study before writing the headline
We read the underlying paper or source material, identify what was measured, consider the limitations and seek context from people with relevant expertise. Our aim is to make complex work more useful without overstating the conclusion.
Where a question deserves more than an article, we may develop it into a research proposal or collaborative study.

Further study works better together
PerBiscuit is open to thoughtful collaborations with researchers, universities, businesses, public-interest organisations and other partners. We are particularly interested in projects with a clear question, a transparent method and a practical route to sharing what is learned.
