Portion sizes, honestly
PerBiscuit.com compares the portion on the label with what people across the United States actually eat and drink — giving you a clearer view of what choosing a product really means.
Pack size: 500 ml
Powered by fatsecret Platform API
A small group of global food companies owns many of the brands filling supermarket shelves. Their products often contain heavily processed ingredients, palm oil, artificial colourings, preservatives and additives that are restricted or banned in other countries.
The Trust Portion Score looks at how these products are made and how closely the serving size on the label matches what people actually eat. A higher score means clearer ingredients and a more believable serving size.
The score combines ingredient clarity and the degree of processing with how closely the labelled serving matches a real-world portion. Five stars is the strongest score and one star is the weakest. A rating is only published when PerBiscuit has enough reliable product data.

We're not here to tell you what to eat. We're here to make the label make sense.
Serving sizes are often set by manufacturers, not by how people really eat. When the numbers on the front of the pack describe a portion nobody has, the label stops being useful. PerBiscuit closes that gap — with transparency, not guilt — so you can make informed choices about calories, sugar, salt and everything else.
